For Me

This kick-off retreat for a team is an intimidating one for the whole team on what to expect. Robert did an incredible job leading us through it and helping everyone feel comfortable but challenged from Day 1. He is an incredible leader, teacher, and motivator, and he now has our team on the right track as we kick things off in 2023. We look forward to the next one with him and the ongoing support vehicles he has for the team to stay on plan in the meantime.

Robert was able to bring everyone together around a shared vision and navigate divergence in a graceful and efficient way. We accomplished so much in a positive collaborate environment everyone left closer and excited about out shared mission.

It took me longer than I’d like to admit to understand the difference between a strategy and a tactic. Now that I’ve had several quarterly retreats with Robert, I can look back and see the immense value they provided. I’ve been able to clearly communicate our strategy to the board, line workers, and everyone in between. These retreats have made all the difference, in a way I never understood until I did it.

Rob has an artful way of leading a team through challenging and impactful conversations. He does it through an incredibly structured approach combined with humility, experience and the ability to bring some fun into it.
