PERSONAL FLIGHT PLAN
The Personal Flight Plan is a roadmap to clarify your values, vision, and non-negotiables before growth pulls you off course.
Through guided coaching sessions, you’ll uncover what fuels you, what holds you back, and the life you actually want to build. It’s your compass—keeping you grounded in who you are and why you’re doing this—so growth doesn’t cost you the life you want.

1. What’s Pivotal in My Life?
Personally, this season is about shifting identity. I’m newly divorced after a 15-year marriage, learning to parent two teenagers in a co-parenting rhythm that is both freeing and disorienting. My oldest just started college; my youngest is entering high school with anxiety I don’t always know how to help him navigate. Meanwhile, I’m navigating deep personal healing—working with a therapist and exploring somatic therapy for the first time. I’m craving softness and strength in equal measure.
Professionally, I’m launching Verdance, a regenerative tech venture built to transform how supply chains measure carbon and circularity. The stakes feel high: I want this to succeed, but I don’t want to burn myself out again. I’m questioning whether I’ve been leading from ego or mission—and re-centering around service. I’ve hired a COO to operationalize the business so I can focus on culture, vision, and external partnerships, but it’s hard to let go of control.
2. Why Do I Exist?
I exist to transform ambition into aligned impact.
I’m here to help people—and systems—evolve toward wholeness. My zone of genius is pattern recognition, storytelling, and visioning. When I operate in that space, I access flow, energy, and deep purpose. I believe in the power of possibility, and I see my role as a catalyst who turns pressure into clarity, speed into presence, and success into legacy.
Extended Purpose Statement:
I am on purpose when I am using my gifts of pattern recognition, storytelling, and visioning while creating cultures, developing leaders, and communicating bold ideas—with the intention to inspire healing, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Simplified Version:
I exist to regenerate ambition—from burnout to impact.
3. What Do I Do?
I lead with vision, build teams around trust and clarity, and challenge norms. I coach my executive team with direct feedback and deep empathy, and I hold the cultural narrative of our company. I invest in emerging founders and serve on two nonprofit boards focused on women in climate tech.
In my personal life, I practice presence with my kids and show up for the messy moments, not just the milestones. I’m learning to listen more than I fix.
In my professional life, I design roadmaps, spark strategic breakthroughs, and speak on stages about leadership, climate tech, and regenerative business. I’m building a business that models the world I want to live in.
4. How Do I Behave?
I strive to embody my values—even when it’s hard. I practice transparency in leadership, even when the truth is uncomfortable. I prioritize integrity over convenience, and I show up with equal parts rigor and grace. I ask hard questions. I make space for nuance. I hold myself and others capable.
My Core Values:
● Integrity: Say what I mean, do what I say.
● Courage: Speak up, even when it shakes something loose.
● Compassion: Assume good intent, especially under stress.
● Curiosity: Stay open to what’s unfolding.
● Responsibility: Own my impact without shrinking or blaming.
5. What Energizes Me?
I’m fueled by deep conversations, hard workouts, and wide open space in my calendar. I come alive when I’m on retreat with other leaders, when I’m walking the beach at sunrise, or when I’m coaching someone through a mindset breakthrough.
Top Energy Drivers:
● Morning strength training with my trainer
● Quiet journaling with coffee before the world wakes up
● Hosting offsites with founders where real conversations happen
Energy Drains:
● Context-switching without white space
● Performing instead of connecting
● Avoiding hard conversations
6. Where Is This Heading?
In five years, I am healthy, clear, and deeply at peace with myself. I live by the ocean and travel quarterly for speaking and investing. My business is scaling without me needing to control every detail. I am in a loving, adventurous relationship, and my kids are becoming their own whole people.
Professionally, Verdance is a well-known name in climate-tech and regeneration. I’ve helped shift the conversation in boardrooms from ESG as compliance to purpose as operating principle. I coach a select group of founders and am writing a book called Regenerative Ambition.
