Executive Assistant to Founder & Thought Leader
Location: Remote | Part-Time (with potential to grow)
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support Rob, a founder and thought leader working at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys balancing logistics with meaningful communication.
Responsibilities include:
Managing Rob’s calendar and scheduling meetings for a 5-person internal team using Google Calendar
Responding to client emails and coordinating logistics
Updating and managing projects in Asana for both internal team tracking and client visibility
Collaborating with the marketing team on special projects, including a book launch and monthly newsletter
Handling client outreach and follow-up for events, sessions, and campaigns
Downloading, organizing, and distributing client assessments
Supporting general administrative needs (document prep, file organization, email coordination, etc.)
Acting as a liaison between Rob and internal/external contacts for speaking engagements and podcasts
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Gmail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Thoughtful, adaptable, and good at working both independently and in collaboration with a team
Someone who enjoys jumping in, figuring things out, and making things run smoothly
A person who values self-awareness, can name and communicate their feelings, and collaborates openly to build strong working relationships
